About the role

Fort Yates Hospital is the Indian Health Service hospital serving the Standing Rock Sioux community in south-central North Dakota. CallAlli is building a team of Emergency Department Registered Nurses for the hospital's 24/7 emergency department. Positions depend on CallAlli's award of IHS Solicitation 75H70627R00002. We are lining up committed nurses now for a February 2027 start, and the contract can run for up to five years.

What you’ll do

Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a rural, 24/7 Emergency Department.
Triage, assess, and monitor patients, and carry out treatment plans with ED providers.
Administer medications and treatments according to facility policy.
Document patient care accurately in the IHS electronic health record.
Support patient stabilization and coordinate transfers to higher levels of care.
Communicate with patients, families, and the care team in a culturally respectful way.

What you need

Active, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.
At least 36 months of nursing experience, including at least 12 months in an Emergency Department.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Ability to complete federal credentialing, a background investigation, and health screening.

Nice to have

Rural, tribal, or Indian Health Service experience.
TNCC or CEN certification.
