1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CallAlli ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CallAlli provides AI-powered voice agent software and agency services designed to automate inbound and outbound phone calls, schedule appointments, and integrate with Client CRMs and practice management software.
3. Client Responsibilities & TCPA Compliance
As a Client of CallAlli, you agree to:
- Maintain lawful consent for all outbound calls and SMS messages sent through the Service.
- Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all local telemarketing regulations.
- Ensure all call recording disclosures are active and compliant with local laws.
- Provide accurate integration credentials for your CRM or PMS systems.
4. Payment & Service Tiers
Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the selected tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
- Usage Fees: Telephony and LLM costs are billed at cost plus a handling fee as specified in your agreement.
- No Refunds: Due to the resource-intensive nature of AI training, all payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your service with 30 days written notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
CallAlli is provided "as is." While our AI agents are highly accurate, CallAlli is not liable for any misinterpretations, scheduling errors, or system downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Retell, Twilio).
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary AI prompts, voice configurations, and software logic remain the exclusive property of CallAlli. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets for their specific business operations during the term of service.
