For our healthcare and dental clients, CallAlli operates as a "Business Associate" under HIPAA. We implement rigorous administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with qualifying clients.
- Access to PHI is strictly limited to authorized personnel and automated systems necessary for service delivery.

It is the responsibility of our Clients to ensure they comply with local "One-Party" or "All-Party" consent laws.
