CallAlli ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI voice agent services, website, and related applications.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information generated during your use of our services:
- Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, and business details.
- Call Data: Audio recordings, transcripts, and metadata generated during AI-voice interactions.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns on our website.
- Client Data: Information synced from your integrated CRMs and business systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and other apps connected through our Composio integration catalog).
3. HIPAA Compliance & Data Security
For our healthcare and dental clients, CallAlli operates as a "Business Associate" under HIPAA. We implement rigorous administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with qualifying clients.
- Access to PHI is strictly limited to authorized personnel and automated systems necessary for service delivery.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide and maintain our AI voice agent services.
- Process and book appointments within your integrated systems.
- Improve our neural voice models (using anonymized, non-PHI data).
- Send SMS and email notifications as requested by the user.
5. Call Recording & Consent
Our AI agents record calls for quality assurance, transcription, and workflow automation. It is the responsibility of our Clients to ensure they comply with local "One-Party" or "All-Party" consent laws. CallAlli provides automated disclosure tools (e.g., "This call is recorded") to assist with compliance.
6. SMS Messaging & Opt-In
CallAlli sends SMS messages only to phone numbers that have affirmatively opted in — for example, by submitting the demo request form and checking the SMS consent box. We use SMS for demo confirmations, follow-ups, support responses, and service notifications. Message frequency varies and typically does not exceed ten (10) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
