SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program Description
CallAlli ("we," "our," or "us") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and existing customers about demo scheduling, account updates, support responses, and service-related notifications. By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive text messages from CallAlli at the number you provided.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from CallAlli in any of the following ways:
- Submitting the demo request form on /book-demo and checking the SMS consent box next to the phone field.
- Providing verbal consent on a recorded call with a CallAlli representative.
- Replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a CallAlli text message to re-subscribe after a previous opt-out.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any CallAlli product or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with CallAlli. You should expect to receive messages related to your specific requests (for example, demo confirmations and follow-ups) as well as occasional service updates. Typical frequency is up to ten (10) messages per month.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. CallAlli does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to the terms of your mobile plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing details.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send you. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will not receive additional messages from CallAlli unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of CallAlli's control.
